The free Life! Program makes adopting healthy behaviours a simple and inspiring process for workplaces. It starts with a one-on-one session with each staff member to understand their individual health risks and goals. Then the group sessions kick off with a new topic each session, including healthy eating, physical activity and wellbeing.
If you prefer to try a one-off introductory session before committing to the Life! Program, our qualified exercise physiologists can come to your workplace to present a free one-hour healthy lifestyle and wellbeing seminar. We cover topics such as stress, sleep, physical activity in the workplace, dietary management, health myths and misconceptions, benefits of exercise, smoking, alcohol and more.
We also offer workplaces a range of informative seminars based on topics such as stress, sleep, physical activity in the workplace, dietary management, health myths and misconceptions, benefits of exercise, smoking cessation, the truth about alcohol, fluids- factors for adequate hydration and calorie imbalance and more.
For a more tailored approach, we offer individual health assessments for staff. From here our qualified physiologists develop customised health and wellbeing programs that target each person’s unique needs as well as your goals as an organisation. Then we pop by each week to take you through the programs and keep everybody motivated.

Our health and wellbeing sessions are tailored to your community group, club, or residence.
Deciding to improve your health and wellness is a great goal at any age. And participating in a group program is a wonderful way to achieve it. Our qualified exercise physiologists and dieticians work with local community groups, clubs and retirement villages to help people live more active and fulfilled lives.
It’s easy to kick-start your new life with our free government-funded, group health and wellness program. The Life! Program makes changing your lifestyle a simple and motivating process for groups of any age and ability. It starts with a one-on-one session with one of our health experts, so we can understand your individual health risks and goals. This leads into the weekly group sessions that teach you all about healthy eating, physical activity and wellbeing.
We also offer free one-hour healthy ageing and wellness seminars to community centres, clubs or retirement villages wanting an introduction to the Life! Program. We cover topics such as stress, sleep, physical activity in the workplace, dietary management, health myths and misconceptions, benefits of exercise, smoking, alcohol and more.

What is the Life! Program?
The Life! Program is a free health and wellbeing program funded by the Victorian Government. The course runs for 6 sessions and is delivered to community groups or workplaces by qualified exercise physiologists and dieticians who help you to set goals and develop healthy lifestyle habits. It’s a free and easy way to turn your life around!
Life! Program schedule
Week 1: Individual consultations
Week 3: Session 1 (90 minutes)
Week 5: Session 2 (90 minutes)
Week 7: Session 3 (90 minutes)
Week 9: Session 4 (90 minutes)
Week 24: Session 5 (90 minutes)
Or we can run 8 weekly sessions for 45 minutes with 2 x 45-minute sessions in weeks 24 and 25.

Am I eligible for the Life! Program?
The Life! Program aims to reduce your risk of developing serious diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke. So the program targets people over 18 years old who are at risk of developing these chronic conditions.

Seminars
Our healthy lifestyle seminars are the best way to get a quick understanding of what health and wellbeing is all about. You can host a seminar at your workplace, community centre, club or retirement village without having to go anywhere or do anything. All you need to do is book us in!
These free 1-hour talks are delivered to groups of all ages and abilities around Victoria by one of our qualified health practitioners.
