Prioritising your health and wellbeing has never been easier with the Life! program.

Research continually confirms that the lifestyle choices you make RIGHT NOW can impact both you and the health of your family for DECADES to come. The great thing is, you are in control of your lifestyle choices. Evidence shows us that daily healthy habits can assist you in preventing Type 2 Diabetes and other chronic health conditions post pregnancy.

Mothers are often the ‘gatekeepers’ for the health and wellbeing of the entire family unit. Her nutritional and physical activity choices create a significant lasting impact on the family. Mothers have an amazing opportunity to be the key influence in raising healthy kids who grow into healthy adults!

The Life! Program will equip you with SIMPLE, PROVEN and SUSTAINABLE strategies to help you achieve ongoing health and wellness.

Thankfully, the main barrier for postnatal women participating has been removed (previously an onsite, in person program made it a tricky juggle with lots of babies and toddlers competing for attention!). Life! is now fully online.

You can attend in the comfort of your own home, with opportunity to learn and ask questions of our experienced team of Health Professionals in the live Zoom sessions, or catch up with a recording and phone consult at your own convenience if you miss it.

Run by our Women’s Health Accredited Exercise Physiologist Jennifer, this will support you in your journey to regaining strength, flexibility and energy, benefitting both mind and body.


As a mum, I know committing to something for yourself can be hard. You may be tempted to think this isn’t worth my time, there’s a million other things I need to be doing right now. But let me put it in this light for you – Good health is a PRECIOUS gift that none of us can afford to take for granted. Empowering yourself with knowledge to live your healthiest life is always going to be time well spent. We can look after the ones we love the most when we look after ourselves as best we can.
